This one day Introduction to Scrum course covers the Scrum framework including a full explanation and open discussion about the goals and importance of the roles, meetings, and artifacts in Scrum. It aims to provide participants with enough knowledge for them to start doing Scrum in their organizations.
The course covers the five core concepts for competing on change, iterative development, the benefits of Scrum, the product backlog, and the activities inside a Sprint. Participants shall learn working in iterations and working as part of a team.
This course counts as one day towards the Certified Scrum Developer qualification. Please refer to our highly-regarded Certified Scrum Developer course for further details.
This course is endorsed by the Scrum Alliance® as part of the Scrum Alliance Registered Education Provider (REP)℠ program.
